This Refund Policy is part of Voye’s Terms and Conditions.
- Refund Request. You may request a refund within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase if the ESIM cannot be installed and/or used due to a technical problem originating from Voye and such technical problem cannot be resolved in a timely manner.
- Cooperation. Your cooperation in attempting to promptly resolve the technical problem is crucial, as failure to do so may result in the refund being denied.
- Validity Period. Each Plan has its own validity period. No refunds will be given for remaining credit after the validity period expires.
- Manner of Refund. Refunds are issued through the same payment instrument (i.e. credit card) used to make the purchase. After the refund is processed it may take time for the refund to appear on the applicable credit card or other applicable statement.
- Refund Process. Each request for a refund will be subject to investigation and approval prior to being effected. If the refund is approved, a processing fee may apply. The maximum refund shall be equal to or less than the total amount paid for Services, with respect to which there was a technical problem.
- Refund Refusal. Voye reserves the right to refuse any form of refund if there is evidence of abuse, violation of our terms and conditions, or any fraudulent activities related to using Voye’s Services.
